The Unadilla and Susquehanna Rivers offer the perfect outdoor adventure and family fun!

Grab a paddle and a canoe with NY River Adventures at Tall Pines and experience the great outdoors on the Unadilla River! A beautiful, fun-filled adventure for singles, couples, families or groups with river tubing, canoeing and kayaking. The boating is leisurely with a bit of excitement along the way, the scenery spectacular, and there is plenty of time for fishing, picnicking, horseplay, and if the weather’s not too chilly, even a quick swim!

Try your hand at fishing for dinner, listen to the birds, watch for wildlife, or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you. Take your time, there are many spots along the way to explore and have a picnic lunch.

Tall Pines & NY River Adventures will provide everything you need to have a fantastic outdoor experience. The scenic Unadilla River is perfect for swimming, fishing, exploring islands, fossil hunting, rapid surfing, or just plain relaxing.

RIVER RENTALS

Stay & Play All Day! Your all day river rental includes your choice of a canoe, kayak or tube rental for the day, as well as a campsite for the day with unlimited use of the Tall Pines Campground facilities – including the picnic area, swimming pool, sports fields, playground, arcades & more! 10:00am-6:00pm

Canoe & Kayak Rental: $35-$40 for the day

River Tube Rental: $10 for the day

Double Tube Rental: $30 for the day

Canoe & Tube Package: $50 for the day

We will drop your boat and lifejackets off at the boat launch at 10am and you can paddle up the river as far as you want. Just make sure to be back by 6pm! (Paddle up river only, do not go past the boat launch at Tall Pines, boats cannot be transported, transportation or pickup is not available). We require footwear on for river rentals. Watershoes and dry bags are sold at the camp store if needed.

The Unadilla River is rated as easy to moderate and encompasses conditions from flat water to class 2 rapids with 1′ waves. Average depth 3-5′
River trip availability may change due to weather restrictions and river conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule canoe trips due to weather or water conditions. If we must cancel your pre-scheduled trip we will be happy to issue you a refund.
All children should be accompanied by an adult or guardian
Water sports require a certain level of physical fitness and dexterity. Please make sure you are physically able to participate.
Life vests must be worn at all times.
If you appear to under the influence of drugs or alcohol, we retain the right to refuse you rental of our equipment.
No refunds unless your trip was cancelled by Tall Pines. Credits only.
